Dr. Frank Franham

Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist in London. He is currently clinical lead at the Fixated Threat Assessment Centre; clinical lead at the National Stalking Clinic; consulting psychiatrist to the Prevent Liaison and Diversion Team (PLAD), a joint Counter-Terrorism and National Health Service Unit, which assesses cases where there is concern regarding radicalisation and mental disorder. He is a member of the National Stalking Consortium, which acts as an advisory body regarding issues related to the stalking and the needs of victims, and a member of the Digital-Trust Advisory Council (specialist support service to help victims who are experiencing digital abuse). He is the author or co-author of some thirty papers in the specialist literature, and co-author of the Communications Threat Assessment Protocol, a manualised approach to assessing concerning communications.
